Carol was “lovingly” taught a variety of hand crafts by her artist mother, Rose Marie, and her grandmother, Alice, starting at a young age. She was influenced to create both beautiful and functional items which brought joy in the creation and in the giving of hand-crafted gifts. Knitting and felting using natural fibers, Carol’s intention continues to be to infuse each piece with positivity, peace, and love which is why she chooses to present her work as “Lovingly”.  The pleasure of knitting and sharing the art of knitting honors the legacy of the women in her family.
